MY WORK

As an artist I don't seperate life & work.

My creative work doesn't begin when I open my laptop or step into the studio.

My perception is constantly shaped by the places I go, the conversations I have, the things I watch, and the way I spend my time. All of these experiences find their way into my work. It is where all these impressions eventually come together and take shape.

Inspiration rarely comes when I'm actively looking for it.

Sometimes it's a detail across the street, a sentence I overhear, a scene in a film, or an encounter with someone that lasts only a few minutes.

For me, it's about moving through the world with enough awareness and openness to notice and hold on to these moments.

Social media has made the line between my personal life and my creative work even smaller. It's difficult to ever truly switch off or log out. What I share, what I show, the places I visit, the people I spend time with, and the references I put out into the world consciously or unconsciously become part of my visual language and influence how my work is perceived.

For me, life and art don't exist separately. They are part of the same process.
